If i remember correctly there is infact a option that automaticly blocks hackers or cheaters from joining you. (When we're in combat or trying to build quickly, that's definitely understandable!) We're trying to come up with a better UI to make this warning more difficult to bypass so Defenders understand what's happening before allowing the hacker/cheater to enter. Hence, you don’t actually need to spend a penny to get a character. It could take you less than 2 weeks of casual farming, weekly mission and dailies to afford yourself a new hero.

They need to ban the cheaters not the players affected by them, i dident cheat but still i got a vac ban and so did many other players that never used a cheat.
